The world map with the dotted red line represents our 4 year voyage.

It was a journey where we sailed over 35,000 nautical miles to 30 countries on a 35 foot boat, Moorea.

Our experience was life-changing.  It was done simply and on a budget yet it had many epic moments.  Check out the Photos and Stories of our Journey

One Foot Back in the Water

S/V Trini, the New Waterhouse

Introducing…Trini – The New Waterhouse

In 2009, we returned to Seattle, after spending four years circumnavigating the world on our 35 foot sailboat, Moorea. Then we moved to Phoenix to pursue new adventures and sold our vessel.

Now three years later we took the plunge back into boat ownership. Our new boat project and future cruiser is Trini, a 42′ Whitby Ketch.  She’s solid, but needs work!

New posts will feature… boat repair, costs of equipment replacement & upgrades, product reviews of what works and doesn’t, along with a few cruising-travel articles.
